TUBESCREAMER TS808

It's back - the incomparable overdrive pedal that's been described as "the Holy Grail of Tube Screamers." The TS808 reissue features the same famous large square footswitch and the even more famous warm tones of the JRC4558 chip used in most of the original TS808's. For players who feel their tone is suffering from a lack of real warmth, the TS808 is the Real prescription.

According to Ibanez each JRC4558 chip is tested and only those meeting the optimum performance standards are selected for use in the TS808 Tube Screamer Reissue.

TUBESCREAMER TS9

There is no single stomp box more famous than the Ibanez Tube Screamer. Thanks to tubelike distortion, smooth sustain, fat tone, and acclaim by artists too numerous to mention, the Tube Screamer has been and continues to be the world's most popular solid-state overdrive. So much so that after production of the TS9 ended in 1984, used TS9s were going for as much as 4 times their original price at vintage shows a few years later.

TUBESCREAMER TS9DX

From the same factory as the original TS9. The same hand wired analog circuitry. The same warm Tube Screamer overdrive and sustain. The TS9DX also offers 3 new settings for increased low-end crunch: +, Hot, and Turbo, all of which maintain the original TS9 tonal integrity.

STEREO CHORUS PEDAL CS9

When it comes to compact effects, nine is the magic number. By popular demand (and the understandably escalating prices of the originals), Ibanez is reissuing two of the most popular Ibanez 9-Series effects, the FL9 Flanger and CS9 chorus. If you missed out on getting one of these classics the first time around, now is the time.

This is the CS9 description in the 1984 Ibanez Sound Effects catalog. -
The chorus effect uses a small time delay that’s varied to produce a slight pitch bend. When the delay signal is mixed with the input (dry) signal, the resultant sound moves with a rich, thick undulation. This is the effect of multiple voices playing in unison. The CS9 Stereo Chorus provides stereo outputs that add an exciting dimension of movement to the second. The sweep speed and width controls allow the artist to elicit slow wideranging sweeps or a more rapid vibrato. The CS9 Stereo Chorus—the industry’s fi nest realization of an exciting new sound.

FLANGER FL9

This is the FL9 description in the 1984 Ibanez Sound Effects catalog. -
Flanging is a time delay effect using very short time delays mixed together with the input (dry) signal. This creates a series of peaks and notches in the signal’s response through the audible spectrum. When the time delay is varied, the peaks and notches move or “sweep.” The FL9 Flanger features an extremely quiet time delay section creating an unusually noise-free fl ange. The sweep and width may be changed as well as overall time delay. This allows the artist to center the fl anging action in a particular part of the sound. Flange intensity may be adjusted with the feedback control. The FL9 Flanger provides quality and fl exibility that defi es comparison.

ANALOG DELAY AD9

It's been awhile since Ibanez offered the AD9 Analog Day effects pedal. As a matter of fact it's been well over 20 years. But the AD9 is finally back; and once again it's got the warm, thick analog delay you just can't get from a digital device. That kind of sound is why you still see old AD9's in the racks and pedal boards of players.

The AD9 features 10-300ms of analog delay, wet and dry outputs.
